Have I lost my mind? No, I want you to enjoy chocolate every day, and here are some
of the reasons why.

It improves microcirculation. It can speed up repairing things in your body, and
it can potentially lower your blood pressure.
Everyone loves chocolate!
Before you rush to a store, please keep the following details in mind:
Chocolate needs to be 85% or higher in cocoa content. It is cocoa in chocolate that
is beneficial to our health.
Please enjoy 20 gram per day. It is about 1/5 of a typical chocolate bar.
Chocolate is not the only way to increase cocoa intake. Personally, I have started
adding cocoa (I like dark kind) into my butter coffee in the morning, and I find
it rather delicious. If you want to minimize carbohydrate intake, this might be a
way to go.
